Most of our home collection is delivered within 5 to 10 business days. Custom-made pieces or larger furniture items may take up to 21 business days depending on your location.

Currently, Koala specializes in domestic shipping. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.

What is your return policy for home decor items?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused. Please note that custom-ordered furniture is non-refundable.
